Adrienne Ruffner

Welcome to my travel journey! My name is Adrienne Ruffner, and I am thrilled to have joined The Cruise Brothers in April 2024. Based in the beautiful state of South Carolina, I bring a wealth of experience and passion for travel to my new role as a travel agent.

For 37 years, I dedicated myself to the nursing profession, and now, with my husband newly retired and my work status shifted to "as needed," I am excited to embark on this new adventure. Throughout our 20 cherished years together, my husband and I have explored the Caribbean extensively, indulging in our love for scuba diving and cruising. We are proud to be platinum members of Carnival Cruise Line and have also enjoyed unforgettable experiences with MSC, Norwegian, Royal Caribbean, and Paul Gauguin.

My passion for travel extends beyond cruising. We have discovered the beauty of the South Pacific, from Fiji to Tahiti, and have embraced the aloha spirit on four of the Hawaiian Islands, as well as some breathtaking treks in Alaska.   Our adventures have also taken us to various all-inclusive and other resorts across the Caribbean. Last September, we cruised through Italy and the Greek Isles, and we just spent a month in Bali this August. It was a most amazing trip! We circled most of the island as well as visited 3 of the outlying Islands.  

Even while balancing a career and volunteer work at a free clinic, I have always found joy in sharing our travel tales with my large circle of friends. Many have lived vicariously through our experiences, and now, I am eager to help them create their own travel memories. Whether it's destinations we've visited or new horizons to explore, I am passionate about providing guidance and inspiration for those looking to venture into this beautiful world.
